Before you start making your first ornament you will need some basic tools and materials. The shops below offer supplies that I and/or my ornament making friends recommend.
Plasteel Corp is a great place to find foam shapes, balls, and eggs.
If Plasteel Corp’s foam balls are too dense and hard for you, try the balls at LACrafts or ConsumerCrafts.
AdaQuiltedCreations has foam balls that already have markings for a simple 8 division on them and a variety of other shapes. She is located in Greece but can ship worldwide.
All the tools you need can be found on Amazon. I've tried to link to products that are the same or very close to what I use myself.
You can find my favorite cord at Fabric Tales. Everything Plastic Canvas also has a nice selection of cord.
Cartwright’s is my favorite supplier of sequins and sequin pins.
IDEA2SEQUINS on Etsy is another great place to get sequins. They have some really unique shapes I’ve enjoyed using in my ornaments.
